By Sarah Franklin, Chief Marketing Officer (Salesforce)
The past year has fundamentally changed our lives – from the way we work to the way we gather.
At Salesforce, we completely transformed our approach to everything from our products to our marketing. We launched Work.com to help cities, states, and companies around the world make their workplaces and communities safe with technology for employee wellness, shift management, manual contact tracing and more. And most recently, we introduced Vaccine Cloud to help government agencies, healthcare organizations, businesses, nonprofits and educational institutions deploy and manage their vaccine programs more quickly and efficiently.
We also created all-new brand experiences — from an all-digital Dreamforce that we brought into kitchens and living rooms, to new original programming like Leading Through Change and B-Well Together, bringing millions of viewers together around the topics that matter to them.
As we look to the new year, we have an opportunity to take the best of what we learned and create richer, more meaningful digital brand experiences that transcend traditional conferences and events, which are inherently bound by space, time, and location. We can now engage with our community free of these restraints and reimagine how we interact with our customers, partners, Trailblazers, employees, and communities at every touchpoint.
That’s why I’m thrilled to introduce Salesforce World Tour ‘21, an original series broadcast live from surprise locations around the world. Salesforce World Tour ’21 will bridge the best of the physical and digital worlds, with an in-person studio audience (following local safety guidelines), and broadcast live to our global ecosystem, helping everyone go forward, together.
Attendees and viewers around the world will hear from Salesforce executives, who will share an insider’s look at our vision, give a sneak peek of new innovations, and highlight stories of successful customers who have navigated change. The series includes interactive “how-to” spotlights and featured interviews, tips, and tricks. And for those looking to peruse different themes and topics on their own time, we’ll provide a library of snackable, relevant content on demand.
Salesforce World Tour ‘21 debuts on February 9 with a live show hosted by our Chair and CEO Marc Benioff and special guests in our first surprise location. Attendees and viewers worldwide will be in awe of the impact of the Salesforce Customer 360 platform — empowering employees, governments, and businesses of all sizes to drive change during times of uncertainty. Tune in to experience the magic and learn about the latest Customer 360 innovations to help everyone achieve better business outcomes.
We’re looking forward to bringing together our customers, partners, Trailblazers, employees, and all stakeholders to innovate, learn from and inspire one another.
